## Process

1. Discover: a short conversation about needs, existing assets, and what done looks like.
2. Design & prototype: direction first, then detail, with a working prototype in the first days.
3. Build: production code from the first week. Agents handle repetitive work; people review everything that ships.
4. Ship & evolve: automation keeps the product healthy after launch, with continued support.
